Shipping & Delivery

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that we only ship within the United States.

Returns & Replacements

For the purposes of hygiene, perishable personal care items such as cosmetics, skin care, and hair care, may not be returned or exchanged. This policy also applies to items such as tweezers. If you feel that you have received a product in error or if a product is defective, please contact our customer service at 212-677-7315 x 4 or info@evascrivo.com. Products that do not fall into this category, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. To return purchases from the Eva Scrivo Boutique, make sure items are in their original condition and packaging. There are no returns or exchanges on “final sale” merchandise. Eva Scrivo Boutique purchases may not be returned to any stores.

You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to "Place Order". You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received and your credit card has been charged within approximately 24 hours.
